Type in the word you want to be the link. Then, up in the bar on the post box thingy, you'll see a symbol that looks like two chain links together. Highlight the word you want to link, then push that linky thing. That'll pop up a box that will give you a spot to type in the web address of where you want the link to go. Don't forget the http:// part before the www. part.
Or you can type in then type what word(s) you want to be the link here.
Either one should work.
